Outstanding 64 page book showing 48 full-page B&W photos of Male and Female nudes,Flowers,Celebrities(Hockney, Warhol, Snowdon, amongst others).
In good condition but there has been slight water damage to righthand corner. Although this does show slightly, it would not, for instance, hinder framing of the photos.

Published in NewYork in 1976 by Ballantine Books, it has 30 pages outlining the life of the artist and then 46 glorious colour plates.
The cover is a little bit worn, nothing too serious, with the corners ever so slightly bent. The plates are all in excellent conditon.

As explained in the intro, this book was published posthumously after President Kennedy's assassination.

THE TEEN AGE BOOK edited by Ann Seymour and published by Sampson Low. There is no date but there is a written inscription inside the cover stating 'Xmas 1947'.

The hardbook book, approx 10 x 7 1/2 ins., is in overall good condition.

It is a revealing insight into what the teenager of the late 40's was supposed to be capable of doing at that time. There are chapters on 'The Graces' (!) - 'Are you clever with flowers ?' - and Problems, Sport and Clothes, among many others.

There are lots of diagrams, photos and wonderful advertisements of the day !

A really nice collectable of an already bygone era !

A beautiful hardback book on some of the works of the great 18th centruy English artist SIR JOSHUA REYNOLDS.

The book, which is in overall very good condition except for a few of the pages have slightly frayed edges, probably dates from early 20th century (there is a prize sticker in the front from Morrison's Academy Crieff dated 1910/11).

There are 8 beautiful colour reproductions included in the 80 pages of comment on Reynolds.
