An historical photographic document of the trip that started out with Princess Elizabeth in January 1952 flying out to Kenya and then, 5 days later with the death of King George VI, flying back as nominally the new Queen of England ! An amazing amount of photos considering the short time she was there and the last photos in the book are of her descending from the plane, wearing black, being greeted by the Duke of Gloucester and the Prime Minister, Winston Churchill. A truly historical booklet !
In excellent condition, just a little bit grubby around the edges but nothing dramatic (see scan).

Small programme in excellent condition (slight crease at top right) for the Queen Charlotte's Autumn ball 22 September 1945.
These dances were held regularly at the Grosvenor House, London as fund raisers for the Queen Charlotte's Maternity hospital. There were also Debutantes balls held for the same charity.

A semi-hard back book published in 1985.

Full of pictures of the happy couple (then!) with the President and many stars at the various functions they attended.

Book itself is in overall very good condition although where the cover is laminated there are a couple of points where the glossy covering is starting to peel. Its not really too noticeable and very small (see scan).

A stunning semi-hardback book entitled DIANA PRINCESS OF WALES 1961-97 A TRIBUTE IN PHOTOGRAPHS.

If you liked Princess Di and you remember some, or most, of the beautiful photographs taken of her in her short life, then most of them will be in here.
Diana's own favourites are in here plus most of the really unforgettable ones from her life. A really lovely Diana collectable !

The book is in excellent condition. There is a crease at top right and bottom right of cover and a slight one running down the cover but these do not detract and all the photographs inside are perfect.

An unusual and quite rare historical piece. This was the order of the procession of the King and Queen to Parliament on 20 NOVEMBER 1934.

This extremely interesting document details all the people in the procession and gives the actual names as well - e.g. Groom in waiting to His Majesty - The Hon. Gerald Chichester. / Garter Principal King of Arms - Sir Gerald W Wollaston / The Cap of Maintenance - carried by The Marquess of Londonderry ...and so on !

The whole document was prepared by the Garter King of Arms for the Earl Marshall. The procession, accoriding to this table of events, was comprised of about 50 dignataries, all of whom are noted here.

This is indeed a terrific historical item both for Royalty and Parliamentary collectors ! Its' in good condition. There are 3 bold creases where it has been folded in the past.

A programme incorporating a Menu for a ' RECEPTION & LUNCHEON TO HIS MAJESTY THE KING OF ROUMANIA Wednesday 16th NOVEMBER 1938 at GUILDHALL, LONDON'.

This was hosted by the Lord Mayor of the time, Sir Frank Bowater.

Its in good condition, especially considering its age, and still has the original coloured rope and tassels !

The official programme, from MAY 6th 1935, of the Jubilee Procession, run by the King George's Jubilee Trust, to commemorate the 25th anniversary of the King's accession to the throne.

Its in very good condition for its age - slightly worn along the spine but nothing too dramatic. It has 32 pages full of stories and articles about the King and Queen, with photos and diagrams of the procession route.

A ROYAL GARLAND - "The Illustrated London News Panorama of the events of the glorious month of June 1953"

This huge (20 x 14 1/2 inches approx.) book-cum-enlarged souvenir poster pamphlet is a pictorial diary of June 1953, celebrating the coronation of the new Queen but also showing many other facets of her duties and follow-up engagements during that month!
As you can see from the photo, it has been folded (unsurprisingly due to its size) and has 3 creases.There is some slight wear on the front right edging and one of the edges of one of the 32 pages has a couple of small tears and folds.
Apart from the coronation itself, there are photos of the new queen at the Derby, the Opera at Covent Garden, the Royal Tournament, the Naval Review at Spithead plus firework display, and many others.

These are probably the largest photos you will ever have seen of the Coronation of the Queen Elizabeth II and this is surely a rare collectable piece of Royalty memorabilia !!!

Inside this beautiful book the full title is given as 'The Younger Sister - An intimate portrait study of HRH Princess Margaret' by Geoffrey Winn and published in 1951 by Hutchinson.

It has 112 pages full of information, stories and photographs of Princess Margaret. It is a lovely royal collectable and the book is in very good condition.

George VI King and Emperor - a 56 page hardback book published in 1937 by Foyles.

The book is filled with lots of detailed information and photos of the King including many of his childhood and teens. Main body of the book is in reasonable condition but the cover has damage. Top third of the spine and small piece at the bottom are missing and there are some general marks, font and back.

104 page book which depicts in wonderful details with stories and photographs of the 6 month, 50,000 miles, round-the-world tour that the newly-crowned Queen Elizabeth II and the Duke of Edinburgh took to introduce the new Queen to her Commonwealth subjects.

The book has over 250 photographs and is in good condition. The dust jacket has seen better days and is basically in very poor condition.

Mug is in very good condition with very tiny blemishes. Logo at the front is repeated in a smaller version on the reverse of mug. There are no makers marks at all.

Dish is in very good condition. Colours are good and gold around the edging is virtually wholly intact. There is one very tiny mark which looks like an imperfection in the firing.
Makers mark on the back says 'reli washbourne London - Fine China - Made in England'.
