1958 1st Edition - MY GAME by LEW HOAD - Wimbledon tennis champion in 1956 where he beat KEN ROSEWALL in the final.

This dark-blue hardback book, published by HODDER & STOUGHTON, is in very good condition and the book has many photos throughout of his matches plus an instructional chapter at the end, with extra photos.

This is a really nice tennis collectable of one of the tennis greats !

120 page book which provides full details of every Wimbledon Mens champion from 1877 up to 1986 when the book was published.

From SPENCER GORE in 1877 to BORIS BECKER in 1985 this book is packed with information. Amongst other things it gives age when champion, all sets and matches played and haardest match (in terms of number of games - e.g Arthur Ashe 73 games against G Stillwell)

Book is in excellent condition and is a fabulous read and mine of information for any tennis fan!
